Made famous by its location on the corner of Brookline Avenue just outside the home of the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Park, the Cask 'n Flagon now have a second location in Marshfield, MA. This second edition of the bar and restaurant gives people living on the South Shore of Massachusetts a great place to meet for drinks while taking in an abundance of sports action on the restaurants many TV's.

I visited the Marshfield location to watch a New England Patriots game and was impressed with the Cask 'n Flagon's atmosphere. It's lively, has just about every major sporting event being televised and I really enjoyed the open concept of the bar and restaurant area. It can easily accommodate large crowds, however don't be fooled into thinking it won't be packed for major New England sports events. The food is what you'd expect in a bar, it's not outstanding but gets the job done. Whatever it lacks in menu it more than makes up for in simply being a great place to meet friends and watch games. Really that's all you need!
